Halicon Holdings Limited (Halicon) is a Kingston based development company which started in 2002.  To date, Halicon has successfully completed two projects both in the Upper St. Andrew area.

Halicon's highly motivated staff is driven by a senior management team headed by Chairman, Novell St. E. Quest;  Managing Director, Desmond Young; Financial Controller, Paulette Mills; and Human Resources and Administration Officer, Charmaine Robinson.

Strong emphasis is placed on building high quality products with great finish to deliver excellent customer service.  We utilize the services of the best engineers and construction professionals in the business, who not only have a working knowledge of international building standards but also possess the technical skills required to ensure that our developments are of the highest aesthetic appeal and technical detail.
